Recall Details
This recall involves all models of tikit brand folding bicycles. The 16-inch wheel custom bicycles were sold in various colors. The Bike Friday tikit brand decal is affixed to the bike frame.
Consumers should immediately stop riding the bicycle and contact Bike Friday to schedule a free repair.
The firm has received six reports of breaking handlebar stems, resulting in two reports of injuries including scrapes, bruises and a head laceration that required stitches.

When button cell batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, internal chemical burns and death, posing an ingestion hazard to children.
