FAQs - EEO and Employee Engagement

Individuals who believe they have been discriminated against because of: RACE, COLOR, RELIGION, NATIONAL ORGIN, AGE (40+), SEX (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity), PHYSICAL/ MENTAL DISABILITY, GENETIC INFORMATION and/or REPRISAL in an employment matter subject to the control of CPSC may initiate a complaint. Individuals must initiate contact with the EEO office within 45 calendar days of the date of the alleged discriminatory act. All requests for Reasonable Accommodations are processed in the EEO Office by the Disability Program Manager. The Disability Program Manager will assist you and your supervisor with the process.
