Description:

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), True Religion, of Los Angeles, Calif., is voluntarily recalling about 150 True Religion Brand Fleece Hoodies. A drawstring is threaded through the hood, posing a strangulation hazard to children.

Description: The recalled hoodies have a drawstring through the hood. The products are black, pink, or blue and were sold in children sizes XS, S, M, L, and XL. The True Religion horseshoe design is displayed on the front of the hoodie. The name "True Religion" appears inside the hoodie.

Sold at: Neiman Marcus stores nationwide and through its Web site from April 2006 through July 2006 for about $106.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using the clothing immediately and return the item directly to their local Neiman Marcus store for a full refund. Online purchasers should contact Neiman Marcus for instructions on how to return the product.
