Chair Hoehn-Saric and his staff will participate in a meeting with representatives from the Resilient Floor Covering Institute (RFCI) at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, June 25 at CPSC Headquarters in Bethesda. Participants include: Bill Blackstock, RFCI President and CEO; William (Bill) Freeman, RFCI Technical Consultant; Allison Foley, RFCI Counsel, Venable LLP; and Maria Stosz, RFCI Counsel, Venable LLP. The meeting was requested by Allison Foley to discuss their comments on the National Floor Safety Institute’s petition regarding slip resistance testing and labeling for floor coverings.
