Commissioner Trumka meeting with members of the Resilient Floor Covering Institute
Commissioner Trumka's staff will meet with representatives of the Resilient Floor Covering Institute (RFCI) to discuss "The Petition Requesting Rulemaking To Mandate Testing and Labeling Regarding Slip Resistance of Flooring, Floor Coatings and Treatments, Floor Cleaning Agents, and Footwear."
Those in attendance from RFCI will include:
- Bill Blackstock, RFCI President/CEO
- William (Bill) Freeman, RFCI technical consultant
- Maria Stosz, Venable LLP/RFCI counsel
- Allison Foley, Venable LLP/RFCI counsel
