Commissioner Boyle will meet with RFCI
Commissioner Boyle and staff will participate in a meeting with representatives from the Resilient Floor Covering Institute (RFCI) on Tuesday, June 25th from 2:00pm to 2:30pm. The meeting was requested by RFCI to discuss the pending petition from the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI) to CPSC requesting mandated slip resistance testing and labeling for floor coverings and other products. Participants will include Bill Blackstock, RFCI President and CEO; William (Bill) Freeman, RFCI Technical Consultant; Allison Foley, Venable LLP/RFCI Counsel; and Maria Stosz, Venable LLP/RFCI Counsel.
