Supervisory Compliance Investigator (CI) Marcy Van Winkle and CI Guadalupe Whyte will be manning a table at the Port of Chicago Trade Day on June 11, 2024, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM at the Four Points by Sheraton, 10249 W. Irving Park Rd, Schiller Park, IL  60176.  The theme of the event is “Forging Partnerships, Empowering Commerce”.  This event will not only address pressing issues in the import and export process but will also provide an opportunity for partner government agencies and the trade community to strengthen their ties. Government participants will include CBP, CPSC, U.S. Fish & Wildlife, U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Food and Drug Administration, U.S. Department of Transportation, Centers for Disease Control Prevention, International Trade Administration, and more.  Admission is free.  For more information, email 2024ChicagoTradeDay@cbp.dhs.gov.
