Mike –

Kathy Clark’s exposure article will appear in the next issue of Human and Ecological Risk Assessment.  A pre-print version of the article is available on the HERA web site – a copy is attached for your convenience.  We have made arrangements with the journal for Open Access to the article – hopefully they will straighten that out soon.  As the CHAP members seem to have forgotten Kathy’s presentation from last July, I would appreciate if you could pass a copy along to them.

I also have attached the preliminary opinion from the European Scientific Committee on Health and Environmental Risks on the toxi= city of mixtures.   The opinion rejects the notion of considering comm= on adverse outcomes advanced by the 2008 NAS report.  More information on= the opinion can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/health/scientific_committees/consultations/public_consultations/scher_consultation_06_en.htm.
