Soft Infant and Toddler Carriers

The final rule establishes a safety standard for soft infant and toddler carriers, pursuant to the Danny Keysar Child Product Safety Notification Act, section 104 of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008.  Soft infant and toddler carriers are normally sewn fabric designed to carry a full-term infant or toddler, generally upright, close to the caregiver.  The rule incorporates by reference ASTM F2236-14, without modification.
