As of 3-25-24 SAMM (AB) lists lab as "Fully Inoperative". CPSC ia aware the lab is working with SAMM to clear their listing during this recent scope review/update with SAMM. Lab expects clearance in mid April from SAMM. Lab has obtained approved certificates from SAMM with updated scope shown below, however per 16CFR1112, the lab is considered in an "INACTIVE" status by CPSC for SAMM 1043 scope until this matter is resolved with SAMM. Current SAC scope LA-2019-0728-G is still valid.
