Statement on Robert Adler’s Nomination to Serve as Commissioner at CPSC

Congratulations to my fellow Commissioner, and current Acting Chairman, Robert Adler on his nomination to serve another term as Commissioner at the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). A long-time advocate for consumer safety, Mr. Adler brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the challenging issues we deal with at CPSC. I thank Acting Chairman Adler for his leadership during this transitional period at the agency, and look forward to continuing to work alongside him as he serves another term as Commissioner.
