Scott Ayers Attending International Code Council (ICC) Ad-Hoc Battery and Energy Storage Committee Meeting
Scott Ayers of the Directorate for Engineering Sciences will participate in a virtual meeting with the ICC Ad-Hoc Battery and Energy Storage Committee on March 7, 2024 from 2pm to 3:30pm ET. The ad-hoc committee is looking at opportunities to develop new building code requirements to address energy storage systems. The committee is expected to focus more on commercial applications, but may discuss residential energy storage. The meeting was organized by ICC.
